Google VS Groovle

Google had submitted a case to National Arbitration Forum on November 9, 2009 against domain name, registered at Godaddy.com, Inc. Google had objection on Groovle’s domain name that It looks "nearly identical or confusingly similar" to its own domain name. But according to the panel, complainant has not satisfied Policy ¶ 4(a)(i) required under the ICANN Policy. Groovle has two significant letters ‘r’ and ‘v’ which makes Groovle completely different in appearance and meaning from Google. At Last, Google lost his domain name battle against Groovle.
